LinguaPlex is an online community for language instructors and language learners. Our mission is to make the world a better place by teaching people how to talk to each other. We believe that people all over the world share common ground, we just need to learn how to communicate.

Roger Rowles — User Experience

With a degree in English language and literature, Roger has been teaching English as a second language since 2009. In 2010 he founded a private language school with his wife in Boise, Idaho, CR Languages. In addition to the language school, Roger also does photography and builds websites for small businesses through his agency, Made Right Media. When he's not working, he's usually with his wife and two young children exploring Idaho.

Daniel Bickley — Development

Dan is a full-stack web developer with degrees in both applied technology and fine art, as well as more than 14 years of experience building the Internet. When he's not coding, you'll probably find him fishing the rivers of Oregon or road tripping with his girlfriend in their VW van.

Julieta Cordovero-Rowles – Academics

Raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Julieta has always had a passion for history, politics, and languages. While earning a degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires, she began to study languages in order to read texts in their original form. With Spanish as her mother language, she continues to refine her English and Portuguese, and studies French, Italian, German, Russian, and Mandarin. Following her passion, she quit her job in import/export and started a language institute in Buenos Aires, which she operated for four years before moving to Boise to start CR Languages. Julieta is constantly refining her Spanish curriculum, which includes 7 course books. She enjoys Brazilian music, heated political discussions, and making students laugh at/with her in class.

Sherry Lo - Intern

Sherry is currently studying Internal Business at the prestigious International Trade Institute in Taiwan. She is interning with LinguaPlex through a partnership with the Taiwan Trade Development Council, researching international markets. She speaks Chinese, Japanese, and English.
